Overview
As the UI/UX Designer and UI Developer, I led the end-to-end design of this platform; from research and workflow design to high-fidelity UI and implementation in React. I collaborated closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and engineers to transform complex gym operations into a seamless, scalable experience. Through continuous feedback and iteration, I ensured the product met both user needs and business goals.

Overview
As the UI/UX Designer and the UI Developer, I was responsible for the entire design process. This included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the user interface, developing UI, and collaborating closely with the development team to ensure the design was implemented as intended. My role also involved gathering feedback from stakeholders, BA , Product Owners, refining design elements based on user testing, and ensuring that the final product met all project requirements and user needs.
